Our Purpose
At Xining Children’s Home and Rehabilitation Centre we aim:
- To save lives lost from insufficient care or neglect, and provide a safe home in which children can live with dignity.
- To provide high quality and holistic care which meets the unique needs of each child.
- To serve the special needs children and their families in the Xining community through our Rehabilitation Centre, training them in rehabilitation understanding and skills so that they can better care for their own children.
- To engender a positive attitude towards the disabled in the local community, so that our children can be accepted and integrated, and so that child abandonment ends.
- To make a positive impact on China’s national child welfare policy so that lasting change takes place for abandoned and disabled children
